Though we typically have no set patrol schedule in order to remove predictability, our officers will follow the unique security instructions for each individual client. SPC Statewide Protective Services will help you establish the security plan and patrol frequency most appropriate for your site.

Usually, a mobile patrol officer will perform an external scan of the premises to confirm that it is secure and then as the patrol arrives for the second time, the officers will recheck the area for signs of change. Anomalies are reported to our 24-hour control room and are recorded by the operator.

If an intrusion is confirmed, the officers present will remain on-site and await further instructions. We can also hold a copy of your keys if requested so that we are able to respond to alarms quickly and secure any unlocked entrances.
